RS Prestige Cars Terms of Service.

1. Purchase of Services

By placing a booking with RS Prestige Cars Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether online, by phone, or via email, you confirm that you are:

  • Over 18 years of age, and

  • Legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

By completing a booking and receiving confirmation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations

Our reservations team operates 24/7 and will make every effort to accommodate your booking.
We recommend providing at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure your preferred vehicle is available and fully prepared for your journey.
All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.

All prices are quoted in GBP (£), and hire time starts and ends at the designated pick-up and drop-off points, unless stated otherwise.
To obtain a quote or make a booking, you must provide full contact details, including your full name, contact number, and email address.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Minimum booking charge: £150.

  • Hourly rate: £80 per hour (unless otherwise quoted).

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT, and a VAT invoice or receipt will be provided.

  • Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Payment Terms:

  • Airport transfers, travel, and event bookings: full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Weddings and prestige bookings: a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due 14 days prior to the event.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Card payments may be subject to processing fees, which will be stated at the time of booking.
Rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings, including airport transfers, events, and weddings:

  • More than 14 days (2 weeks) before the booking date:
    A 25% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will be charged to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
    However, this amount may be credited towards a future booking with RS Prestige Cars Limited if rebooked within six months of the original date.

  • Between 14 days and 48 hours before the booking date:
    A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will apply.

  • Within 48 hours of the booking date or after the service has started:
    The full booking cost (100%) will be charged, and no refund will be due.

These terms ensure fairness while covering the preparation, scheduling, and operational costs associated with each booking.
All cancellation fees reflect reasonable business losses and are not penalties.

5. Waiting Times and Additional Charges

  • Airport transfers: include 30 minutes complimentary waiting time. We actively monitor your flight and allow sufficient time for baggage collection and customs clearance.
    After this period, waiting will be charged at £20 per 15 minutes (or part thereof).

  • All other travel: includes 15 minutes complimentary waiting time. Thereafter, £20 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) will apply.

  • Additional mileage: £2.50 per mile for off-route travel.

  • Unplanned en-route stops: £25 per stop.

  • Parking charges: (e.g., airport parking) are charged at cost.

6. Vehicle Care and Passenger Responsibility

Clients must treat all vehicles and property belonging to RS Prestige Cars Limited with care and respect.

  • Any damage, spillage, or soiling caused by the client or their party may result in a cleaning or repair charge reflecting the cost required to restore the vehicle.

  • Any conduct that may cause risk, damage, or discomfort to the driver or vehicle may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

  • The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s legal or manufacturer capacity.

7. Conduct and Comfort

We aim to provide a professional and enjoyable experience for all clients.
Guests may enjoy light refreshments during the journey, provided it does not cause damage, disturbance, or safety issues.
Any disorderly or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination of the journey without refund.

8. Fitness to Travel

Passengers whose behaviour or condition (e.g., under the influence of alcohol or drugs) poses a risk to the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers may be refused travel.
In such cases, the full fare remains payable, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.

9. Child Seats

Requests for child seats must be made at the time of booking.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic congestion, severe weather, accidents, or mechanical failure.
In such cases, we will do our best to minimise disruption and offer a reasonable alternative or refund where appropriate.

11. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles are fully insured for chauffeur hire, including public liability.
Personal belongings are carried entirely at the owner’s risk, and RS Prestige Cars Limited accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to client property left in the vehicle.
Our liability is limited to the total cost of the booking, except where prohibited by law.

12. Refunds

Where applicable, refunds (less any fees due) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
